Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples

Diane McCarthy, Psychotherapy and Coaching

Diane provides psychotherapy to individuals and couples who wish to overcome obstacles that are blocking their ability to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives.

I believe therapy is a powerful tool for people to utilize to gain insight into their own behavior and learn how it helps or hinders them in their personal and professional relationships.  It is a place to improve skills in an atmosphere of curiosity and acceptance.
